Salé – The investigating magistrate in charge of terrorism affairs at the Appeals Court of Salé on Friday ordered the detention, in Salé prison, of a former member of the radical Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and his son, judicial sources said.The man, called “Abu Hamza,” and his son are sued for forming a criminal gang to prepare and carry out terrorist attacks within the framework of a collective plot to seriously undermine public order by intimidation, violence and terror, belonging to a banned religious group, and holding unauthorized public meetings.The National Brigade of the Judicial Police had previously referred the two men, from the northern city of Tangier, before the public prosecutor at the Rabat appeals court.
