Calinog local nabbed over parricide charge

first_imgILOILO City – A man facing parricide charges was arrested in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Calinog Iloilo. Rolando Castor, 54, of Barangay Cahigon, Calinog was caught around 10 a.m. on July 25, a police report showed.  Castor was hiding from authorithies for about nine years. His apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest issued by Judge Elena Opinion of the Regional Trial Court, police said.
