Deal improves new services network

The Employment Service and the Public and CommercialServices Trade Union last week signed an agreement on the working arrangementsfor the services’ new network of customer service centres.The agreement will cover the working arrangements of the1,100 staff and includes flexible working, training and conditions.The deal will provide a 24-hour electronic access toJobCentre services for employees and jobseekers.
